Notification is particularly important when the increase is expected to occur within a short timeframe (approximately 10 minutes or less).
To do this you can open a support request with the request type “Planned Traffic Increase”
When submitting the request, include details such as the expected timing, duration, and scale of the traffic spike so we can ensure your Algolia cluster is appropriately prepared.
Please reach out as soon as you become aware of an upcoming increase—ideally at least two weeks in advance—so we have plenty of time to review and support you.
