This guide will show you the steps to fill in a support request.
1. Visit https://support.algolia.com to log a support ticket. You will need to log in with your Algolia Account. Make sure to use an Algolia account that is a team member or other user with access to the Algolia application you are asking for help with. If you cannot log into an Algolia account, you can use this link to create a ticket without an account, please note that if you contact us without logging in to your Algolia account that we will not be able to link you to your account, so no Support response time targets will be applicable to the request.
2. Select Support Request from the Dropdown menu that comes ip:
3. Add any other email addresses for people you want cced on the request in the cc field
4. Select the request type based on your question, for technical questions use the Technical support request type.
5. Select the Buisness impact based on the Severity Levels you can find here. Please note that this step is important for the correct prioritization of your request
6. Add your Algolia application ID which you can find in your Algolia Dashboard here. This is important so that we can link your request back to the specific Algolia Application you are asking about. Algolia Application Ids are made up of 10 Alphanumeric characters. You can also add any Index names relevant to your request.
7. Finally please add a subject line and description. Please include any code samples, links to your site and steps to reproduce the issue. You can also attach files with log exports or code samples you want to share.
Finally press submit to send the request to the team. You will get an email confirming receipt of the ticket at the email address attached to the Algolia account you used to create the ticket.
