What if it is an emergency?
If you need help with an urgent issue then please make sure to create your ticket in our Support Center and specify the business impact you are seeing from the issue so that we know it is urgent.
If you have Premier Support, and want to have access our SLA on response time, then you must make sure that the person creating the ticket is a team member on the application with premier support, so that we can verify that you have premier support as only tickets submitted through the Support Center will trigger our SLAs on response times.
