What if it is an emergency?
If you need help with an urgent issue then please make sure to create your ticket via our Support Center and specify the business impact you are seeing from the issue, so that we know it is urgent.
If your plan has Premier or Extended Support, and you want to ensure you receive a response within our SLA, you must make sure that the person creating the ticket is listed as a team member on the application with premier/extended support. Only tickets submitted through the Support Center will trigger our SLAs on response times.
