To reset the two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, please contact Support using this form and provide the following information:
- Your application ID
- The email address you are using
One of the following:
- the last five digits of your Admin API key,
- or the last four digits and expiration date of the credit card linked to your account.
The two-factor authentication on your account can be reset once you’ve provided these details.
