The Algolia AI Search & Discovery app is designed to keep your Shopify data up to date automatically using Shopify webhooks.
If your data looks out of date, first check the indexing queue in the Indexing tab. Pending jobs can delay when changes appear in Algolia.
You can also trigger a full reindex from the Indexing tab when needed.
For product availability changes, avoid Shopify’s batch Make available or Make unavailable actions. Those actions don’t send the webhook needed to update Algolia. Instead, update availability from Shopify’s Bulk Editor using the Availability field.
If the issue continues after checking the indexing queue and reindexing, contact Support.
