To troubleshoot why your search is down and get it back up as fast as possible, we recommend the following steps.
- Log in to your application via the dashboard. Are your results loading? If so, the issue is likely unrelated to your data in Algolia. It may be a configuration or front end issue.
- Go to your search page and look at the network request you get back using the inspector of your browser. Do you see an error message or are hits being returned?
- If you are getting an error message, the message should tell you the cause of the issue
- If you are getting hits back, the issue is related to your front end.
