Algolia does not currently hold a SMETA or equivalent ethical trade certification. However, we are strongly committed to maintaining responsible business practices and upholding high standards of ethics, labor practices, and compliance across all areas of our operations. We also have a strong vendor review process and Code of Conduct that applies to our vendors to ensure standards are upheld. Our approach is guided by our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program, which includes initiatives focused on ethical leadership, transparency, and continuous improvement. We regularly review our policies and practices to ensure they align with global expectations for corporate responsibility and integrity.
