Algolia has an established Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program that guides our approach to sustainability and ethical impact across three pillars:
- Environmental (E): We focus on reducing our impact on the planet through initiatives related to carbon footprint reduction, waste management, and energy efficiency.
- Social (S): We are deeply committed to our people and communities through employee well-being initiatives and community engagement.
- Governance (G): We uphold ethical leadership by maintaining transparency, implementing strong anti-corruption measures, and ensuring accountability in all business operations.
While we are continuing to formalize our standalone Environmental Policy document, our ESG framework and yearly progress reporting outline our environmental priorities, goals, and actions. A recent milestone in our sustainability journey was joining EcoVadis, which provides an independent assessment of our ESG performance and helps us identify areas for greater impact over the coming years.
