Why are my facets not showing in the dashboard?

If you have recently selected Object ID the Search dropdown like this:

then facets will not show.

Once you've selected 'Search' from the dropdown then they will reappear:

This search mode gets cached if someone changes it. It’s also in the URL of the page, so if you select Object ID then the URL goes to ...?searchMode=objectid it’ll get set that way until you go back to searchMode=search. To remediate this you could:

• switch back to searchMode=search (either via the url or the dropdown by the search bar)

• clear your cache AND remove the searchMode=objectid from the URL
