No. When we enforce SSO, users can only log in with SSO, as the other authentication methods will be disabled. If you enforce SSO and run into an issue, you can reach out to the Support team to re-enable other login methods until the issue is resolved.
If you would like our team to remove the enforcement of SSO on your domain then we will need you to provide the following security questions:
- The Algolia application ID(s) (can be found in your own code or Algolia Dashboard)
- The email of the application owner
- The last 5 characters of the admin API key of the application. Each application has its own unique Admin API key. (can be found in your own code, Algolia dashboard under API Keys)
- If you can't access any admin API key on the account, please provide the last 4 digits and expiration date of the active credit card for the account
