No, Algolia doesn't currently provide an API for user management. You can manually remove team members from your Algolia applications through the Team Management page in the Algolia Dashboard. You can find this page by clicking on your settings at the bottom left of the Dashboard sidebar, then clicking the Team button.
Before removing a team member, make sure they don't own any API keys that are being used for business critical processes (e.g. search or indexing).
