Some of our Foundation plans include event preparation. This means that if you’re expecting a significant increase in search traffic, you can contact our Support Team to confirm whether any special preparation to your infrastructure is required.
To help us support you effectively, please provide:
- At least two weeks’ notice before the event
- The event start and end time, including timestamp and timezone
- The geolocation and distribution of where you expect peak traffic to come from
- An estimate of the highest percentage traffic increase you expect to see
- Your anticipated Queries Per Second (QPS)
