When using our Magento extension, one of the most common reasons for unexpected behavior is due to incompatible versions of our extension, your Magento environment, and your PHP version.

If you're not using the latest version of the three technologies, we suggest to upgrade to versions of all three elements to rule out any reasons that could be attributed to current version numbers.
