The recommendations endpoint can target several indices (as mentioned in our Recommend API docs). As a result, a request to this endpoint can't be associated to one specific index and log entries filtered by indexName will inherently exclude Recommend requests.
If you do not specify the indexName, Recommend requests will be included along with other request types.
