If you are creating or modifying a rule and receive this error message while pinning an item in your consequence, the means that the item you're trying to pin does not meet the conditions of your rule. If this rule is triggered, the item will not appear in your search results.

Pinned item does not exist in your index
This error message appears when a product is added by its objectID in the rule's consequence. This error is usually caused due to an incorrect or invalid objectID being typed in to the rule's consequence. Please verify that the objectID exists in your index.
