If a rule where you have selected multiple filters under one condition is not triggering when one of the filters is met, this is likely due to the rule using AND logic, meaning all filters have to be satisfied in order for the rule to trigger.
This can be seen when selecting "Test this Rule":
To create a rule that uses OR filter logic instead, you should define each filter as a separate condition within the same rule, rather than combining multiple filters under a single condition.
