In the Analytics dashboard, If your CVR/CTR is 0.00%, it means that click analytics are enabled, but there is 0 reported click through or conversion data.
If your CVR/CTR is displaying “N/A”, this means that the Analytics endpoint doesn’t have any values for the CVR/CTR, displaying the “null” value as “N/A” in your dashboard.
We would recommend verifying if your click analytics is enabled by setting the clickAnalytics parameter value to be ‘true’.
