The Algolia Shopify app may not function appropriately when using Smart Automated Collections. The reason for this is a delay on the Shopify side when sending the necessary webhook(s).
The Algolia Support team can address this issue by adding an intentional 90sec delay in webhook processing for your store. This will allow the necessary attributes to be updated appropriately for records in Smart Automated Collections.
If you feel you may be impacted by this issue, please open a ticket with Support to confirm and enable this flag.
