If you have deleted a number of categories in Magento and want to remove them from your product records, you will need to re-index your products as described in our documentation.
To fully reindex all your products, run:
algolia:reindex:products (version 3.16 and higher)
indexer:reindex algolia_products (version 3.15 and lower)
