To prevent page indexing - under Stores → Configuration → Autocomplete Menu → Additional Sections just remove "Pages":
Make sure to save your configuration and clear the cache.
This won’t remove the _pages index in Algolia (you’ll need to do that manually) but future indexer executions should not recreate it.
