At this time, there is no way to directly copy event data from one index to another. Click and Conversion events data are tied to an index name and objectIDs. When you send an event from your application, the index name declared in the index parameter should match the index the search was carried out on.
To enable and use the following features to your index, it is recommended to start sending events from the index you are using for search as soon as possible:
