Below are some error messages you may encounter in the Connector Debugger and how you can troubleshoot them:
Method not allowed with this API Key
You do not have the correct permissions for the API key or are using the wrong one. We recommend reviewing your API key and the ACLs on each key.
The Zendesk authentication is expired or invalid (403 error). Please check the configuration.
This usually indicates that your credentials have expired and thus access is forbidden. We suggest creating a new Zendesk API key to use for your connector. Please see our documentation for a step-by-step guide.
