When connecting to Algolia you may wish to do so through this endpoint: https://mcp.algolia.com/mcp
When connecting with your chosen LLM the authorization step could fail with the following message:
"Authorization with Algolia failed. You can check your credentials and permissions. If the problem persists, share this reference with support: ofid_****"
There are multiple MCP servers provided by Algolia that you may wish to connect to. The ever growing list can be found here: https://www.algolia.com/doc/guides/model-context-protocol
Connecting to the Productivity MCP can only be enabled at the Algolia account level, not at the application level.
Each user who wants to use the Productivity MCP must enable it on their own Algolia account. Enabling it for one account doesn't enable it for other accounts or users.
Please head to Your Algolia Dashboard > Generative AI > MCP Servers > Productivity to enable this.
Once enabled the Productivity MCP Server page in your Algolia Dashboard will be shown as follows:
