The search analytics shown in your Analytics undergoes query aggregation.
Algolia users the userToken sent at query time to aggregate queries. This means if you send five queries in quick succession with the same userToken, these queries will likely be tracked as a single search in Analytics.
If you don't send a userToken, Algolia defaults to using the IP to identify the user.
