You can configure notifications in the account settings of your Crawler Admin Console.
Everyone with Crawler access to the application can receive notifications—not just the person who created the crawler.
Access is granted through the Crawler permission in your Algolia Dashboard team settings.
There are two things to note:
- A teammate must log in to the Crawler at least once before they can receive email notifications.
- Notifications are enabled by default, but each user can disable them in their own Crawler user settings, either for a specific crawler or as the default for all crawlers.
You can't add additional email addresses.
Notifications are always sent to the email address associated with each user's Algolia account, and there's no way to register additional addresses.
If you'd like notifications to be sent to a shared inbox or mailing list, grant that email address access to your Algolia application with the Crawler permission so it becomes a Crawler user.
