Some Thai characters are encoded as special characters and so may be excluded from your Query Suggestions index. By default, suggestions containing special characters are not included in Query Suggestions.
To help generate query suggestions in Thai, there are a few settings that can be adjusted:
- Navigate to the Query Suggestions tab on your dashboard
- Click edit on the index in question
- Enable the setting "Special Characters"
- Reduce the setting "Minimum Letters" (at the bottom of the page)
These adjustments should help with Thai suggestions being generated. If you have enabled these settings and Thai suggestions still don't appear in the following days, you can reach out to Support for further assistance.
