Why are characters being deleted from Autocomplete when typing on a Samsung device?

Due to the unique behavior of Samsung virtual keyboards, end users may encounter a behavior in which characters are deleted from the Autocomplete search input as the user is typing.
This can be fixed by manually setting a static value (ie: "search") for the enterKeyHint parameterof autocomplete(). Please note that you must be using Autocomplete version 1.10.0 or later.
