Why is my shopify application not syncing my collections?

• If you need to re-sync your data quickly, you can trigger an update on all your products using the Bulk editor from Shopify.
  • For example, you could add (and then remove) a meaningless tag. This is generally faster than a full reindex.
• The issue may be that your collection handle is still set to an old name.
  • To edit the collection handle in Shopify, you will need to go into the collection editor, scroll to the bottom to Search engine listing, and update the “URL Handle” field.
