If you see one of the following errors:
- "Failed to retrieve events from the Insights API..." in the Events section of the dashboard
- "There was a network error while fetching all the events available for your application..." in the Recommend section of the dashboard
Please try the following steps:
- make sure any ad blockers or firewalls are disabled [the most common cause for this issue]
- clear cache & cookies in your browser
- try in a different browser (if errors not follow to the new browser, you may need to adjust settings in original browser and/or try disabling extensions)
If the issue still persists after trying the steps above, please contact Support for additional assistance.
