No. SCIM provisioning is not supported.
You can’t configure user accesses and permissions directly from your identity provider.
A workaround is to invite collaborators to an application via the dashboard’s team page and configure the permission you want to grant them from there. This will create a user account for them, and once they login via SSO, they will have only access to the permissions you granted them.
