For our Standard and Premium legacy plans, there is no commitment requirement. However, you can opt to commit to buying a certain number of usage units, which results in a discount on the unit price. The Enterprise add-on requires an annual commitment.
Our Legacy plans Essential, Plus, Community, Starter, and Pro don’t have a commitment requirement. You can cancel at any time - all you pay for is the price of the base plan plus any overage you incur that month. Our Legacy Enterprise plans have an annual commitment requirement.
To cancel your account, click the Delete Account button available from your Account Settings, unless you are on an Enterprise plan. In that case, send an email to support@algolia.com.
