If you are on a Community plan, your plan is free.
If you signed up through the website before 2018 and are on a Starter, Growth, or Pro plan, you are billed for the number of records and operations you perform.
If you signed up through the website and are on an Essential or Plus plan, you are billed for the number of records and number of indexing operations.
If you signed up through the website and are on a Starter or Pro plan, you are billed for the number of records and number of operations you perform.
If you signed up after July 1st 2020, your billing is based on the usage units you use.
If you signed up after March 29th 2023, this means that you are on one of our newest plan for which your billing is based on the number of records and search requests.
If you signed up for your plan with an Account Executive, please refer to your service order for your plan’s limits.
