Updating Personal Information
You can update your account's Personal Information on the Account Details page here.
Updating Billing and Payment information
If you need to enter or update your Billing and Payment information on your account, there are 2 different areas of the Dashboard where you can do this, depending on whether your account is currently the owner of any applications:
Option 1: If your account is the owner of one or more applications
Go to the Billing Details page here to add or update Billing and Payment information. The changes that you make to your billing information here will apply to all of the applications which you own.
If you are the owner of an application attached to a committed plan, you won't be able to update these details yourself. Please raise a request with our Support Team instead.
Note: If you have Billing permissions to any applications which you don't own, you will also have the option to update these here. Make sure you select an application which you own in the top-left of the window before updating any details!
Option 2: If your account doesn't own any applications
You can add or update Billing and Payment information on the User Payment and Billing Details page here. This information will be used for any applications you may own in the future.
