This is expected to happen from time to time. There are multiple points in the data duplication chain that can explain records being out of sync.
If you need to re-sync your data quickly, it is recommended to trigger an update on all your products using the Bulk editor from Shopify. You could for example and a remove a meaningless tag. This is recommended over triggering reindexing.
If your data keeps getting out of sync, this might be a sign of an indexing error on our side. In that case please don't hesitate to contact Support.
