This is expected to happen from time to time. There are multiple points in the data duplication chain that can explain records being out of sync.
If you need to quickly re-sync your data, it is recommended to trigger an update on all your products using the Bulk Editor from Shopify.
Alternatively, you can use the 'Sync with Algolia' feature to update a single item or up to 50 items at a time. This approach is recommended over triggering a reindexing process.
