When troubleshooting front-end related issues in a theme that isn't your live one, we need to observe the relevant theme in action. Therefore, we'll request that you provide a preview link to the theme where you're installing our plugin.
To get the link, right-click on the Preview button of the Actions dropdown, and click Copy link location in the contextual menu.
