Why are there nearly twice as many users as tracked searches in my A/B Test?

The number of users reported is the number of users regardless of whether clickAnalytics is set to true or false, whereas the number of tracked searches reported depends on whether clickAnalytics was set to true or false. As a consequence, the number of users may be higher than the number of searches.
