Due to a bug in version 3.10.0 of our Magento extension, some customers experienced a loss of synonyms from their index. This has been fixed as of version 3.10.1.
If you have lost your synonyms, please contact Support and provide us with the last acceptable date/time (including your timezone) so we can review whether a snapshot of your application exists for this time.
Please note that we will need to restore either the whole app or the whole index (including records). You can then perform a full reindex in order to update your records.
If you are currently using version 3.10.0, we highly recommend backing up your synonyms and upgrading to the 3.10.1 release.
