If you'd like to increase the number of facet values to return (default 10), you can modify your limit parameter value in the refinementList widget.
From the Algolia Shopify App, you should be able to customize this in your theme files - algolia_facets.js.liquid via the Algolia Shopify Configuration > Search options tab > Edit translations file > click on Open Liquid File > Assets folder.
You can change those limits from "10" to the desired value.
